Privacy policy

What the current No Laundry Room site collects, what stays in your browser, how email works, and what will change before analytics or advertising is enabled.

Current launch build

The site delivered in this repository does not include advertising trackers, analytics tags, user accounts, databases, or a server-side contact form.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, the email provider processes the address, message, headers, and attachments you send. We use that information to respond, investigate a correction, or handle the stated inquiry. Do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary.

Interactive tools

The five calculators and checklists run in your browser. In the current build, entries and results are not submitted to No Laundry Room, saved to an account, or transmitted to a site database. Reloading the page clears the active result.

Hosting logs

When the site is deployed, the hosting and security provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the service. The final provider and retention configuration will be documented before public launch.

Cookies and local storage

The current build does not set first-party cookies or use browser local storage. External sites reached through links have their own privacy practices.

Analytics or advertising changes

If analytics, affiliate measurement, advertising, newsletter forms, or other data collection is enabled later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before activation. The update will identify the provider, data purpose, retention, and available choices.

Children

The site is a general-audience household information service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts or collect children's personal information in the current build.

Data requests and contact

For a privacy question about information sent by email, contact hello@nolaundryroom.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence, but we will not ask for account credentials.
